maybe he's use to it because of so many employees. maybe you can recommend him to use mic and speakers instead.

Maybe he just got used to shouting because of the large number of workers and the machinery is probably noisy, why not give him a megaphone

He is someone I do not like to be around..I dont like the shouting.
Never understand the need for it.
He has his reasons which are probably not really valid.

Is he shouting because of anger or is he shouting because there's a lot of you there to handle? Because basically that's a different thing.

No manager should ever shout at an employee it is demeaning and will not get the desired result.
