I found this picture in my Facebook account picture albums. It is of me in the mid 80's when I was about 30-ish or so.I had lost about 80 pounds and was at my thinnest since high school. The pictures are taken in some seedy motel room where my husband and I stayed on one of our travels.
My hair was cut in three levels, permed and dyed strawberry red. Crazy, huh?

@celticeagle I cut my hair short just when I permed it. I remember it was on the occasion of my brother wedding. Both my husband and brother did not appreciate, so I grew my hair again and never permed anymore.

I actually like the hairstyles of the 80s. I don't think I could pull it off but I've seen pictures of family, pictures of actors / actresses and really liked that style.

I liked curl and perms were the way to go for my hair was straight without one.
