I am beyond frustrated with Yahoo Mail!

Oh my goodness. I recently got locked out of my account and I literally cannot find any "support" to speak with. Does Yahoo have any staff? Every "help" webpage I have found redirects me to a directory of unhelpful links and pages.
On top of the Yahoo problems that already exist (poor spam filters, taking forever to send e-mails, an awful mobile page and app), this is adding to my frustrations.
Gah!
Do you have a Yahoo! e-mail account (and wish you didn't?) Have you had any problems with Yahoo? And per chance, do you have any way to contact Yahoo staff - if there are such people?

A few years ago, I had the bright idea of creating lots of email accounts using my name. I wanted to secure the email with just my name, and no numbers attached to it. Nowadays it is common to have a same name with somebody else around the world so you'd have to attached a unique identifier to your email account.
So I did make accounts with hotmail, gmail, and yahoo. Yahoo of course also had ymail and rocketmail.
To make the accounts active, I just needed to go into these accounts once in a while. I still have all the other accounts except Yahoo's. For some reason Yahoo's locked me out of my accounts with them.
Good luck!

I had similar problems in the past and since went to a different site. I use gmail instead now. While I've not tried to contact anyone there yet, I also never have a problem getting in to my email account either. I had several accounts at yahoo, and they'd sent me my reset key, but it went to that box, so it didn't help afterall. I think I finally figured out a go-around, but it was so long ago, I don't remember what it was, sorry.
Hoping someone else here has an answer for you.

I once had, but I don“t use it anymore. It seems that gmail is accepted by everyone and it is free.

I have had Yahoo email the longest (over 10 years) and no issues whereas I have had issues with Hot Mail and Gmail.

@maezee Just issues like trying to delete folders, not continually placing in spam emails I have indicted are not spam. Stuff like that.

I still have my yahoo email account, but I haven't been visiting it for a long time. Sometimes I am not sure if yahoo is still in business, as it seems like it's been very quiet for quite a long time. It's just can't believe there is no "support staff" anymore.
Hope you'll be able to find someone to support you with that issue very soon. It can be really frustrating when you can't login to your mailbox.

I am sorry I know not how to help you with this. I've never encountered this problem.

Nobody wants to help anyone these days. If there is no money in it, forget it. I thought Yahoo had closed down years ago. Maybe you're the last one with an account with them? If so, you will have to switch the lights off and close the door on your way out.
