It is hard to describe how I feel about so many of you my friends, even though we have not met, and may not, I feel a real friendship. This keeps me mylotting even when I'm not feeling up to par. Some of you seem more like my off line friends than they do. This is really priceless and way above whatever I make. NO I do not think Mylot is l ike Bubblews not at all, sure I talk about money as one who has very little and does need whatever she makes anywhere just to pay billls.A lot of yo u would not even begin to live on what I have t work with but thank G od my rent and board monthly are paid for by Social Security and because I am physically handicapped Im paid 800 a month SSI which mostly pays room and board.I have to work with after med bill paid just 117 dollars. Now see why money is important to me? Too the rent and board here go up every ti me we get a cost of liv ing raise. The rent is close to one thousand a month so not cheap yet this is the low end of the retirement centers some are luxurous and the wealthy can afford them. l;ol. So I again say the friendships I have made here even back to the old mylot are really priceless. Some friends do not see what I see here but they have not got mylot addiction. lol.

Personally, it aint anybody's business and no one should ever question anyone about why is money important. And that again to a lady your age, with your heart and love... it definitely makes me sad. I would love to ask those people why they left MyLot if they were NOT after money when mylot did stop paying. I have always felt MyLot to be my extended family and some people from the older MyLot have been so very close and dear to my heart. sadly, i lost communication with some of them and now, no one knows where they are. As for you dear lady, I have mentioned this earlier too, but yes, you have been my icon and I have always held you as my lovely Granny.

I can't recall when I started following you but I remember I encouraged you to also join Seraphic and Chatabout when you were in Bubblews. You were so polite in declining. I also like one of your posts about a member who questioned your wrong spelling of words and that's the first time I learned you have a problem with your keyboard. I thought it was cute though. Some misspelled words look so cute and I have no issue with them.

yes I i remember and when I saw Wittynet I thought aha I know that person. I was afrad of making too much mney b ut I did in bubblews got in tro ule with my ssi and social sec urity had to have a hearing with a federai judge who overuled all he charges and social security reinstated my ssi payments so now I must not earn more than 60 dollars a month so mylot is a good place for m e.

I desperately need any money I can make from anywhere, and I don't think many people could honestly say they don't have any interest in the money at all! I don't often seem to have the right combination of willingness, concentration and energy these days though - when I have time for mylot, I'm either physically or mentally exhausted by something else or I'm too easily distracted and don't end up doing what I plan to do

@Hatley I would just not mention exact amounts in total. say you wanted to hit a dollar but got less, or that you met your goal. I talk about my goal of 70 cents if I made it or not, or I might say I want to get over 18 but have a way to go, but I never say, oh lookie I have 101.12.

Even a rich aunt of mine has cut back. She lives in a nursing home in Florida and used to give quite a bundle to my Mom. Mom gets way less than she used to. That Florida home is costing too much even for rich Auntie. Guess my sister will have to learn how to balance Mom's money better than she used to.

I like a lot of people here in the retirement center have soc ial security and ssi but they take almost all of it in rent and board so I have just 11 7 after meds are take out of m y 141 left over. so for a whole month 117 does not help a llot so mylot earnings added to the 117 helps me to pay the cable internet and my phone bill

I absolutely agree with you! The friends I have here are amazing people-all of you. I feel like your all my adopted family that I got to choose. I know you need the money you make here. You know your intentions are good and your heart is pure. Some of us need the money-some just want to make a little extra-that is the difference!
