Just read the latest post of our friend &KnehKnah with the title - "Bad Breath - Is This A Problem?" She mentioned that her lady friend said goodbye to her fiancée because he got an offensive breath! Whew!
Halitosis or chronic bad breath can be kicked away! What are the causes of bad breath? Here they are:
1. Poor oral hygiene - Not cleaning our mouths and teeth daily causes smelly breath. We have to brush and floss our teeth thoroughly at least two times a day. Also we have to clean our tongues by scraping it with tongue-scraper or a plastic spoon.
2. Foods - Avoid eating garlics, onions, and even donuts.
3. Smoking and Drinking - Don't smoke, don't drink alcohol (beer, gin, etc.), and visit your family dentist every 6 months.
4. If still your breath smells bad, there must be something wrong with your liver and other internal organs. Consulting your doctor is the best thing to do.
Now if you did all of the above and still your breath remains offensive, your case is hopeless. I suggest that you go to Northern Philippines to consult one of those faith healers. Those faith healers may kiss your bad breath (and money) goodbye. Just kidding!

Hahah Oh no bad breath is the pits for sure.
I never had the problem that I know of and did not know anyone with the problem too. Thank God!
Yes only a faith healer could help it in the end lolz
But what if the faith healer has to wear a mask while healing?

@Yar_Joey Why fake healers from Northern Phil.? It is because fake healers from Baguio and Abra are the best fake healers in the Phil.! O, I am sure being poor but with sweet and inoffensive breath is much better than "rich with poop-smelling-breath!"

This is so true my friend. I have a complete set of teeth and this makes my breath smell good, so I do not like to smell a breath of somebody who can give me a punch and I will faint.

These are really good tips. I think most can say by doing 1-3 tips would be the cause.

@ricki_911 I used not to floss. My breath was a bit offensive according to my wife. Now that I am flossing daily, my breath is no longer bad.

@JudyEv I think halitosis cannot be cured; it can only be stopped temporarily.

The reason why I was having bad breath was I had a decaying tooth in my mouth and some severe inflammation in my gums so once I got that root canal and I started using mouth wash more to kill off the bacteria I was golden. Bad oral hygiene can lead to heart problems

@Castlerock34 If one's teeth are "gapless", food particles that are embedded in between the teeth could not be removed by just brushing. If these food particles are not removed in a couple of days, they rot. Rotten food particles smell bad causing bad breath. Gapless teeth should be flossed everyday!
