3rd day at the gym this week

This week is my first week back to the gym since November and today was my third day there this week. I didn't think things out very well when my coworkers and I went out to Chipotle for lunch. Let's just say that I was still full two and a half hours later when I walked into the gym.
I wasn't feeling super motivated so I only did 30 minutes of cardio but I still think that is decent for my first week back. I briefly considered doing some of the weight machines but, again, I wasn't feeling it so I just left after I put my time in on the elliptical and treadmill.
I'm proud that I got myself there and that I did the 30 minutes of exercise. Next week I will push myself to do a little more.

Hey even tho you did not do all, you did get there Chicaa. It is great better than me, I have not even walked today.

I admire folks who can get to the gym regularly. And that you keep pushing the limit a little each time. I used to do the gym thing, but I was so intimidated by it all that I gave up.

It's good to start slowly and work your way up in small increments. It will help reduce the amount of pain you will feel as well.
