Grab That Apple Cider Vinegar!

I used to buy white vinegar, not anymore; I grab apple cider vinegar instead! Why? Take a look what apple cider vinegar does and gives to our body: 1. Apple cider vinegar soothes sore throat. 2. It lowers cholesterol. 3. It prevents indigestion. 4. It clears stuffy nose. 5. It aids in weight loss. 6. It helps control blood sugar. 7. It whitens teeth, and 8. It eliminates bad breath. So, next time you buy your groceries, grab that apple cider vinegar not the white vinegar, which contains a bit of alcohol. My wife and I used to buy the cheap Heinz Apple cider vinegar, but last week my wife asked me to buy the raw unfiltered Bragg brand because it has not gone through filtration or chemical process that eliminates its natural nutrients. Above photo shows the different brands of vinegar in our kitchen cupboard. Disclaimer: I am not advertising the above vinegar products.

It is also the fastest cure for Acid Reflux @antonbunot . 1 tbs of Apple Cider Vinegar in a 1/4 cup of water with 2 drops of honey. 5 minutes, heartburn is gone. Can be drank before, during or after meals and at bedtime.

@suziecat7 . . . what are the benefits that you feel you are getting from Bragg cider? In my case, my diastolic BP used to be a bit higher than normal . . now it is back to normal.

My friend, I never run out of organic, unfiltered apple cider vinegar because my husband needs this to manage his blood pressure. Apart from this, the benefits you mentioned are well proven. I really love this apple cider.

But how do you use it? I only use malt vinegar, but I only use it on fish and chips, or to make mint sauce.

@jaboUK My wife and I usually drink a glass (medium size) of water mixed with one table spoon of Bragg apple cider vinegar. With regard to other two brands of vinegar, we use them in cooking.

Hi, my dear Momma @jaboUK , I add 1 tbsp. of raw honey to 1 tbsp. of Bragg acv in a glass of warm water. My dearly beloved (who suffers from acid reflux & diabetes), & I (with "that", plus hypertension, etc., take this mixture 30 minutes before breakfast (meaning, on an empty stomach).

@antonbunot Is it? The big bottle is only 417p here, in the Philippines. The small bottle is 243p. The Aunt Sue's Raw-Wild Natural 907g honey (which is our choice among a lot), costs more at 719.50!

Yes, i am taking it before bedtime , 2 tablespoons of Bragg's in a glass of water . Then , in the morning on a glass of warm water on empty stomach . I did that when my BP was 110/90 , 90 being borderline for diastolic , and it was that for two days . So i did the above and when the nurse took my BP it was back to my normal 110/80 . So now , i always take it .

You did the right think to buy the Bragg brand, because it's the only cider vinegar with all those properties, most of the others are not better than a normal white vinegar.

@antonbunot Bragg is the only organic one. Of course to cure a sore throat, lose weight and stomach problems, also the normal white vinegar (only the one made from grapes) works.

I buy the cheapest kind of apple vinegar and use it when I wash my hair. It makes it shiny. I use a small amount with a litre of warm water and pour it over my head at the end of the procedure.

@antonbunot As far as I know it only makes the hair shiny. You use it at the end of the washing procedure.
