The Motivation Articles Helped Me To Get Going For My Walk

This morning, I was kind of lazy and couldn't bring myself to go downstairs for my walk.
So, I decided to read a few motivational articles about the benefits of walking.
And the reading paid off. I soon went downstairs and put the Rocky CD on and off I went. Walking away the cobwebs of the night.
Sure feels good to have the mind win for a change!

I take my pup for a walk every day. So I thank him for making me walk..

I take Saturday and Sunday off.I go to the WMCA all weekdays and it feels great.

My walks are often a thing of the past. The senior doesn't like to be left alone, and he'd never be able to keep up.

Sadly, I didn't go walking today. but tomorrow should be a nice day for a short walk. And fresh air. :)
