I can eat raw oysters, but I prefer the one where they just pour boiling water to the shell and afterwards the extracted oysters are placed in vinegar, the acid of the vinegar cooks it, the vinegar is drained out and chopped ginger, garlic, hot chilli, chopped onions is added and native lemon is squeezed into it

Definitely not a seafood eater of any kind. My son has tried them raw however... didn't really like them lol!

I once tried them when I was young, not sure if raw though..they were canned and smoked. I liked those.
