Do you eat the raw oyster?

I seldom eat raw food. I don't eat the raw oyster because I don't have this habit and it is hard for me to get used to it. I wonder whether it really tastes so well. I still prefer the baked oyster and it tastes well for me.

I prefer fried and baked oysters, my husband loves them raw.

@youless It's not a matter to feel comfortable, I do not like the taste and the texture of raw oysters.

I can eat raw oysters, but I prefer the one where they just pour boiling water to the shell and afterwards the extracted oysters are placed in vinegar, the acid of the vinegar cooks it, the vinegar is drained out and chopped ginger, garlic, hot chilli, chopped onions is added and native lemon is squeezed into it

I love raw oysters but I love Oysters Kilpatrick as well and my oyster soup is to die for.

Yes, raw oyster tastes really good. I like it but I seldom have it. I worry about the food handling, and I will only eat at restaurants that can handle it with good hygiene.

Definitely not a seafood eater of any kind. My son has tried them raw however... didn't really like them lol!

I think many people like to eat raw oyster. I like too. But, I think I can't eat more than two. Otherwise, I will have stomachache.

I once tried them when I was young, not sure if raw though..they were canned and smoked. I liked those.
