Did a good job at the gym today!

Today started my second week back at the gym today. I knew I wanted to up my cardio time from 30 minutes. I figured I'd go to 35. I had taken 3 days off (Fri-Sat-Sun) and felt really good as I got going on the treadmill this afternoon. I easily did 20 minutes on that and then hopped onto the elliptical for 15 minutes there. For some reason I entered 20 minutes on the elliptical but I told myself that I only had to do 15. By the time 15 minutes rolled around, I felt okay and decided to just finish out the last 5 minutes to do the whole 40 minutes of cardio. I'm pretty darn proud of myself for getting that done today. I feel great after the fact, not tired or sore or anything. I hope I can manage it again tomorrow!

You should be proud. Good job! 20 minutes on the elliptical is no walk in the park thats for sure. Keep up the good work!
