I Shall Be Photographed. . .

I have a friend who is a great photographer. She is taking classes to learn even more techniques.
Phoebe has been working on a book since before I moved here, but she asked me to be in it. It is called "The Women of Marion County"
It is going to be one of those very attractive books you put out on your coffee table. She is asking us to tell her three things. She wants a one word descriptor of ourself, and what brings us joy, and our favorite place in Marion County. So she is asking three things, and the first is the hardest: What is a one word descriptor of you? People often pop up with a negative, like "fat" or for me, "scattered" but those are not really what we will put down. I have a hard time being brief, but I think I am "transplanted".
I live in a really small town in Marion County, so small that myLot would not let me list it. I loved Marion county when I first moved here to town, in 1976, but we chose to live in a different county.
How would you answer those three questions, adjusted for you personally? Can you come up with a one word descriptor, what brings you joy, and your favorite place in the area where you live?

That sounds really great and like it could be fun. I would have to say my favorite place in my area would have to be by a bridge at a river fishing. There is not much to do here where i live unless you go out of town to find something to do LOL. The thing that brings me joy is being online learning new things and being able to share new things with others.

@GardenGerty Well i am not really sure of a one word that would describe me. I stay sleepy but the thing is a loving mother and loving wife.

I like small towns. I think if I remember right mine was listed but I chose not to put it. I don't want strangers knowing where I live. I hope you enjoy the book your friend writes and I hope it sells a lot of copies. It sounds really neat.

caring is one of the first words I think of for you. For me, that is tons harder. Considerate perhaps. Or repurposed. We may not end up where we intended, but we can be great somewhere else.

I think transplanted describes you best at the moment. From being friends with you here and the other place, I would also say outgoing, helpful, caring, generous - okay I'll stop there. Take your pick, they all fit you.

I couldn't list my town on here either. I can't think of a one word descriptor for me; and least only negatives. Negatives come quickly; anything positive takes longer.

I would say I was "Persistent", my family brings me joy, and my favourite place here is down by the river.
