My Day Off, Running My Daughter to Appointments

United States
April 22, 2016 9:48am CST
My eldest daughter is in rough shape lately. Her RA is acting up, allergies bogging her down, and may have an ear infection. So I will be bringing her to an appointment with her PCP. She doesn't have a vehicle and with how she feels, even if she did have a car she couldn't drive. At least the sun is trying to come out to play. Maybe once I get home it will be out and warmer. And on that note. Wishing you all a glorious day. Even if it rains, it is a good day.

I hope that your daughter is feeling better soon, allergies especially are terrible here with all the tree pollen.

I have been battling allergies myself. Loratadine seems to be doing the trick.

@BelleStarr I was taking Flonase, but it ran out. Decided to go back to the Loratadine and see if it worked. So far so good.

Sorry to hear about your eldest daughter and her medical conditions. Sometimes even if you have a vehicle you don't feel up to driving and it is good to have someone to drive you to your PCP. Hope your daughter feels better soon.

We went shopping at an antique shop and watching her walk around in pain caused me great pain. I wish there was something I could do to help her.

@jaboUK I hate it. There is no cure for her disease. One day it will cripple her. She must keep on moving.

@ElusiveButterfly It's far worse watching your loved ones suffer, than if you were to suffer yourself, isn't it?

It is her RA. Her flare ups are debilitating. She has to push through the pain.

I am sorry your daughter is have a rough trot at the moment. It's bad enough having one problem without having several. At least you are able to take her which must be a bonus for her.

She is a survivor. I know she is in extreme pain. I see her suffering. I suffer with her. I cannot take her pain away.

I am at her apartment now. Waiting for to get ready. Not easy when her rheumatoid arthritis is flaring.
