I decided not to check my weight every day. Most of the time it was not very reassuring. One day I would have a bit less, the next day I would put on some weihght.
So now my weighing day is Monday. And slowly I have started to slim down gram by gram.
Yesterday I was very much aware of weight as I looked at my friend and discovered with dismay that she had at least 20 pounds more. The extra problem is that she is petite so she is entering the obese category. That, and the age fact, will make it difficult to lose weight unless she takes it in a pro way.
So I was extra happy today when I noticied that I had reached a weight I did not have for maybe a year.
It is not a big deal, but I am getting there.
I´m keeping my fingers crossed. But better still, I should keep my mouth closed

I really don´t mean it. But I am not eating second helpings no matter how delicious and I am eating smaller servings.

I don´t eat snacks much. I have a coffee to curb down anxiety.

I still need 5 to 7 pounds less. I have these wonderful corduroy jeans...







I used to weigh every day but my weight would go up and down like a yo-yo. I try to weigh only every few days now.
