Fully accepting who you are is a process. About a few months ago, I joined a thirty-day program on IG called BeYOU2ful. This is a free program that anyone could join in and the host issues daily challenges that we had to take photos or videos of and post them on our accounts with a hashtag. This also included writing on a journal per every challenge about our experiences and what we think about the challenge and how it affected us. I got through the first two weeks but because I've been busy, I wasn't able to finish it. Plus, there are some challenges that required things I didn't have so I got a bit discouraged. All in all though, the aim of this challenge is to find it within ourselves to love, to forgive, to be brave, to realize things holding us back from our happiness as a way to welcome the New Year.
I've posted a photo from a favorite challenge of mine, which is to identify several personas that you think you have and find a way to represent them on a photo.I have seven of them, and they are: 1) the Lady Boss - the one who takes charge; 2) the Nerd - always curious and bookish; 3) the Rebel - the one who doesn't take anyone's BS; 4) Sassy - my sensual side; 5) Sillie (Silly!) - the joker; 6) the Drama Queen (Emo xD) - the moody one; and 7) Esmeralda - the one who believes in greater forces and always looks into the mysteries of the universe.

I love the hat in the first picture. To me working on oneself is a real process. I know myself better than anyone else and I know my good points and bad points. I am also trying to be a better person than I was.
