Baconstripsxxx To The Rescue!

For those who know me are aware that I have a crane company and every soo often I get tough and sometimes scary jobs. A friend of mine called me during my lunch break scared saying he was in bed resting when a huge sink hole opened up infront of his bedroom window and swallowed his pick up truck. If the sink hole would of been a few more feet to the right then mostly he would of fell into it as well. I sent over one of my 30 ton hydraulic cranes and was able to remove his vehicle from the sink hole and they discovered a massive water pipe that was broken and the waters current had literally made a river tunnel in his drive way about 30 feet deep. It was a risky rescue but it was done and I didnt charge him for the crane service, I felt bad that he had to deal with home repairs and fixing his truck so I wasnt going to charge him 1,000 dollars, hey you win some you lose some! Above is a picture I took of the rescue!

It looks like you had an eathquake there! It was good that ithe hole occurred in the driveway and not underneath the building! I wish I hd you close to my region, so I could get some work done without being charged!

Yeah Nikki, I was a bit skeptical since the pickup seemed to be head first in heavy mud but we managed to wiggle it out slowly lol

Wow, scary! I'd be scared to stand that close, who knows what other ground might go under too! I hate to think about the repairs for that.

Wow, what a scary thing to go through. There seems to be a lot of sink holes opening up around the country lately. Nice that you didn't charge him and showed some compassion for what he was going through, you are a truly awesome businessman.

What a great friend you are. Those services are very expensive. Glad that it all worked out. Hope the repairs that he will incur don't get to expensive, but at least you saved him a bunch along with his truck.
