Could it Be True ?

I had just a while ago asked my officemate if I can just store my newly bought small bottle of hot sauce in my cabinet and if it needs no refrigeration . My former bottle of it was easily consumed . That’s because almost anyone who came across it at the office fridge can use it without my knowing it . So now , I might as well just store it in my cabinet . She told me yes and that people who are fond of spicy foods have great libido and that being said , she asked me if it is true with me ? And I told her , Yes ! Do you think what she said is true ? By the way , can I just store the hot sauce in my open cabinet at the side of my chair ?

I don't store mine in the ref. It's always in the cupboard. With the libido thing? I think there's already a scientific explanation on that and there's a connection with the libido and the spiciness of the food.

I don't eat spicy so I won't eat it but if someone put sauce in the lunch room - it'll be used up real fast

I love spicy, my whole family loves it too. Even simple fried fish or fried meat, we simply put chilli and vinegar then we can simply consume all the fried fish or fried meat, as long as there are chillis with it.

So your family likes spicy foods also . That's nice . It is said that if you are into spicy foods , you would seldom get colds and i think that is true to me too. Oh yes, that's also how we do our vinegar . Put lots of chopped chili and also crushed garlic . Then i also eat the crushed garlics .

@SIMPLYD There are so many products on the market to make a couples' experience better. How wonderful if a simple hot spice would be the answer to everything! lol

We don't put our hot sauce in the fridge. And there's no mention on the label that it should be refrigerated after opening so I think it is okay to keep it in the cabinet at a normal room temperature. My love for spicy foods made others think I am a Bicolana...

Then it is now official that it really can just be at normal room temperature . Yeah , you could be mistaken for a Bicolana for loving spicy foods and hot sauce .

@brokenbee You are a Bicolana by choice of spicy foods. Are those the small red hot peppers of the finger chilis ?

@SIMPLYD hahaha yes! The canteen where I used to order my food also asked if I am a Bicolana.. I can consume two to three red chili peppers during a meal. And I don't just get the extracts. I eat its flesh (is it called flesh?) I just remove the seeds...

You can surely store it in my cabinet as they know I do not have such spicy delicacies any more But back when it was all good, I would get into the boss's cabin, call you up, then return to sneak into your cabinet and keep emptying it until there was none of it left in the bottle

@SIMPLYD Oh no. I dont think it is good. Instead, look at it this way - you would have your bottle emptied much before the Expiry Dates which means you would always eat fresh... and eating fresh keeps you healthier

I always store my spicy sauce in the refrigerator. I remember, years ago, that one that I left in the cabinet fermented and when I opened the bottle the liquid splashed out and some went in my eyes. I will never keep it outside the refrigerator again.

I've never had hot sauce, so wouldn't know how to store it. Regarding the spicy sauce - people who don't like it can still be hot! (though those days are gone).

So you are not into hot sauces . I agree , even if some people don't eat spicy foods , they can still be hot . But i guess , the hotter they will be if they are into eating spicy foods .
