What my day was yesterday!

It was previously announced that there was power interruption here in my place. It was 8:15AM already and yet the lights did not yet switch off. My sister then called the electric cooperative, and we were informed that our place was excluded from the areas of black-out. Fine, we said, now we can have our internet and our fan to keep us cool.
Alas! The internet connection went blank. No dial tone; nothing? There was electricity all right, but no internet connection. So, what did we do? As early as 9AM, I tried to position the jack to remove the wheel; yes, that wheel previously inflated. My sister called for male neighbors to remove the wheel tyre and changed it with the spare tyre. We will buy a new one tomorrow.
Since there was no internet and no TV relay as well, we decided to watch DVD films-- Wrath of the Titans, Insidious and Captain America.
The internet connection came at 10:45PM; TV relay came at 7PM.
So, how was your day yesterday?

you're lucky you were spared so you can turn on the fans and still watch dvd.
our internet was acting up last night that we turned it off twice.

I think I was inside the bus for more than 6 hours and then went to a mall and met up with a friend that day. =)
And yesterday, it's still a busy day. I think until next week.

@sishy7 not yet, my dear. and we have no m,ore cinema houses here, but just the DVD's sold in the city. i doubt that the DVD's are original;; some are pirated and cannot be understood; many heads are passing by the screen.

@just4him indeed, but now that the desktop is finally working, i am having doubts if i will not come to this site, but considering it is Sunday today (my time) and family day as well, i might peep here once in a while but spend my time watching TV.

If you don't have Internet you can use your data in your phone. We also have 2 hours scheduled brow outs in our place daily. So what I did, I see to it that my pocket wifi is full charge so that I can still have Internet even if the power is off.

thats a long time of having no internet. well i wasnt here for two days cause i had to take care of my nephew. we watched tv too and i enjoyed it although ive seen Avengers for the nth time already. i saw the latest episode of Game of Thrones as well. then we had too much chocolate for 2 days.
