Medication experiment going well so far.

My doctor cut the dosage of one of my blood pressure medications in half earlier this week. He is the one who wound up getting me diagnosed with sleep apnea and getting me my CPAP machine. Untreated sleep apnea is believed to cause problems like depression, anxiety, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, etc. So, because my blood pressure numbers were good, the doctor cut the dosage of one of my BP medications. I've been checking my blood pressure here at home and the numbers are still very good. So far the experiment is going well. I'm very pleased and I'm sure he will be too when he hears about it.

It's always (well, usually) a good thing when they cut your meds. Less pills to take.

That has been my goal for a very long time. My pill container is a disgrace for a 39 year old.

That is such good news. I wonder if the doctor will lower the dosage again?
