i remember my mom

tomorrow is mothers day

When I read the discussion of @Sparkslesnthings about Mother's Day, that's the time that I remember my Mom. I really forget that tomorrow is Mother's Day so I'm going to buy anything for her, bouquet of roses, a layer of cake or a pair of pajama she prefers to wear during night time. Even though she won't recognize this things, I'm going to buy one of it, who knows, she likes it. Any suggestion of the 3 items I mentioned above, what to buy for tomorrow's affair? It is my pleasure to hear your suggestion.

I plan to bring my mom so of her favorite food things even though she won't know that it is Mother's Day and may not even know me!!

@ida123 My mom has dementia so some days she is great and knows me but others not so much . She is 100 years old.I am so sorry that you have to deal with this, it is very sad.

So your Mom has also Alzheimer's disease like my Mom, sigh. So sad but anyway, even they were like that, we still treasure the moment while she is stile alive. Yes, I will buy all those stuff above.

I know that she suffers of Alzheimer's disease, so I believe that a pajamas is the best gift for her.

I bought my mother a hibiscus plant for mothers day. I am hoping that she likes it. It had a beautiful bloom a few days ago but it has wilted now. Hopefully another will bloom soon so she can see how beautiful it will look. I think a pair of pajamas for your mother will be useful as she can wear them and use them for along time. The cake though is a yummy option.
