Don't be Shelfish

I have been postponing putting more kitchen items away as I do not care for the way the cabinets are configured, they are not convenient.
In the last week or so I have purchased two zinc plated storage shelves for my "pantry" that used to be the east laundry room until we combined the houses. I had assembled and filled the first one, which was smaller so it would fit under some existing shelves. Today I assembled the one that is six feet tall. Tomorrow I get to fill it.
I will indeed be shelf ish.

I am an "old" person and I have collected a lot over the years. I hate to throw anything out. This is also a place for small appliances I only use from time to time.

I had some need for deeper shelves for platters, etc.

Hope you get it all organized @GardenGerty I really had a task for myself. Our regular big fridge broke down and we have a much smaller one in the garage. I had to put all the groceries into the smaller one and now I am making a path from the house to the garage every time I need food or drink.

I have dealt with fridge problems for a while. I bought a new one when I moved in here, but something went wrong initially. I totally emptied it and unplugged it and cleaned it three times. It finally is chilling right. Mean while I used cooler chests and my big freezer for all of my needs. I hope you get your big fridge fixed. I certainly have sympathy for this.

I think it is just the shiny finish. It probably keeps it from corroding over time. We have bought these kinds of racks and shelves in the past. It has a nice "industrial' look.

I need to see what I could clear out, but it is also a place to store flour and so forth for baking.

Yep, I will. I know most new computers do come with a keyboard. I have some sticking and skipping issues but I think it has something to do with my browser or such.

Our cabinets here are nice but the corners of one isn't really designed very well. Also some of the shelves themselves are too low. We have to place some coffee cups in with our normal cups because of this.

I am going to be taking out a couple of sections of overhead cupboards because they are just too high for daily use. I may put them all side by side for a counter, etc.
