The medical insurance I needed to take in March, finally moved... ECG normal, I bet all other things are also normal.. Feeling elated Oh I almost forgot, as to weight loss, if you can't lose some by dieting, fighting, crying, wallowing in self pity, EXERCISING, try changing weighing scale... Mine showed 62 kilos...theirs 60 kilos.. I obviously believe them..

There are very few precise scales around, the one of my Moms also shows 2 kilos less than mine.

Let me know in case you need some darker effective measures to loose weight... I have known two of them... one was executed on my younger brother (he lost 15 kilos in 20 days) and another I know, gets executed on me... But I repeat again, the two are darker ways... Oh, for once, I would love to get on a scale that would put me above 55 kilos (that was my "most heavy weight" years ago)

4 bananas a day for 3 weeks...report back if it is working or not...1 after breakfast, one after lunch, one after tea, and one after dinner.

@Daljinder ... when I was in hostel I had worms...ascaris lumbricoides...so they gave me decaris. Within a day they were out and I started gaining weight...I am not saying you have it...but the eggs of some of these parasites can come from water.

Exercising do helps to keep weight under control and it is good to go for walking and also to do jogging if possible. I am also trying to lose weight.

LOL I can lose that much in a day, and if at home, can gain as well.....in a single day! Though the advice is really good, in my case 'theirs' always show more. Saves me the headache of explaining the weight loss.

I'm glad theirs showed less. For me it's always more. I see the doctor next week. It will be a good day on the scale - I'm down 15 from my last appointment.
