I remember you! Don't think for one moment that I haven't.
My excuse for not stopping by is due to the fact that I had cleaning, cooking, and all the preparation necessary that one has when entertaining their son, his fiancé, and his future inlaws.
I wanted everything to be perfect, and it was. We had a lovely dinner and lots of laughs.
Now, I will try to see what you've all been up to!

Whew! It went well and it's over! I'm not going to be around much today. The fireplace men are here removing an insert, measuring, and cleaning the chimney. I have a mani/pedi appt. later, and dinner with friends tonight. Another one of those days in my life.

Coincidentally, my missus and I spent the last two evenings after work cleaning house in preparation for our potential future daughter-in-law to visit today for dinner with Son2 before he goes overseas for his internship this summer.

Well let's see yesterday I was out and about in the morning and again in the afternoon so I was only on here for a short time. I took some clothes to be dry cleaned and bought some new books. Then in the afternoon I went to another town to look at some tile for the kitchen floor and while there checked out a few other stores. The went to HiVe the grocery store there and bought some Chinese food to have for dinner.

That's great that everything worked out perfect. I have been going crazy with trying to figure out what to pack for my trip to see my mother. So I won't be on here much next week.
