Using my middle finger to.

Good afternoon.Just back from shopping and working in the garden.
Want to be ready by the end of the month.
for those who wear glasses.What finger to you use to adjust it.
When i am talking to some one and adjusting my glasses and using my middle finger.This is typical for most wearer.Sometime I feel that the person is sort of insult in me doing this.I do hope that he or she that this is for them.
It could be embracing to some.I have done this for years.
Also when my nose itch.The same thing.I use my middle finger.
how about you?do you use your middle finger to adjust your glasses.

As long as I am not too warm my glasses stay where they belong. Outside when its hot - I think I use my thumb come to think of it.

No, I adjust by holding the frame.

Good idea, I usually use one free hand to adjust, causing loosening of the screw on one side. I should try using your advice, but changing habit might take time. Thanks anyway.

I've never thought about this until reading your discussion, and here I am adjusting my glasses and itching my nose. I use my thumb and forefinger to adjust my glasses by taking a hold of them near the arms and adjusting them that way, and I itch my nose with my forefinger.

Yes I just used my middle fonger to adjust my glasse. I never realized that until now.

I use the side frames. I try to do both sides so I don't bend the frames, but sometimes I forget.
