I am not one that copes well with heat, but I also suffer from hay fever which makes things worse for me when it comes to facial rashes and heat rashes. I get it often as soon as the temperature rises and hay fever season starts.
I had a tablet for the hayfever allergy last night and it helped a bit but I still got rashes and tickely throat.
Do you suffer from hayfever or heat rash?

Can you use eyedrops? There are anti allergy ones on the market.

@41CombedaleRoad No, even the anti allergy eyedrops cannot be used by people with glaucoma. I believe that there is something of new generation that could be used, but for the fact that they are "new", how can really say that they are safe.

It is especially trying for students because the symptoms coincide with the exam month.

Hot flushes are not usually due to hay fever, more like the menopause.

As I am writing this the roof of my mouth is itching, can't scratch it either. This is often the first sign that a sneezing bout is on the way.

@gudheart A bad attack can turn into asthma, that happened to me once when I lived close to a field.

I have had hay fever since I was 16. The only time it has not appeared was when I lived in Singapore and then in Nigeria. I read that it stops at 50 but that is untrue. England is bad for hayfever because the grass pollen is around for a long time, 6 weeks as I remember. Now I live in Greece I still get hay fever but thanks to the hot sun the pollen season is much shorter. So it is bearable here.

@gudheart It used to be 6 weeks although when I got it in the early days it was 4 weeks. I guess pollution now plays its part.

The tablets I used to take made me drowsy, not good if someone needs to drive.

If the pollution worsens I suppose you can get it later in life (mine started at around 16) but the usual word is that it stops at 50, but that is not the case, that I have experienced.
