My ISP has been out since 1 pm yesterday and still isn't back up and they don't know how long it will be down. I said you know I am paying you for a service and you are not delivering that service so don't charge me for your downtime as I am not paying for it. Unfortunately we are out in the country and don't have any other option but this company to go with. They usually are pretty good but not this time. I am on here using my Hotspot but won't be on as long as normal. Wish me luck that my ISP will fgure what is wrong soon. Picture was taken on one of my day trips.

I would not pay for service if I didn't receive it. We don't have choices either here or in Florida, but both companies do right by us. Hope it's fixed soon. Lovely photo, btw.

@Marcyaz An entire weekend without the internet!! Oh horrors. Monday we found out that our Siamese- I blame him though there is no proof- had chewed through a thin hook up wire. Other times it has been the company.

yesterday too our DSL is not working. It took 24 hours before it was fix. I hope yours working now.

if yours is like the one I work for you can keep calling in to mention it's down. get that info recorded and get partial credits for the affected days

When our Internet was out for two days, I demanded a credit toward my bill and got it. I hate paying for a service I don't get. It was costing me money. I worked a lot harder then.
