The new season of Food Network Star begins tonight at 9pm!

I think it is now season 12 of Food Network Star that is beginning this evening. (I can't tell from the Food Network web page) There is a new cast of hopefuls and one returning finalist who has been competing on "Comeback Kitchen" for the past few weeks for a shot at a slot in the competition. At this point, I don't really know what there's a competition for. They haven't really done anything with a season winner since Damaris and her show has since been cancelled. I guess we shall see!
