Any of my friends here know German?

I know I used to have several friends here from/in Germany but can't really seem to find them right now. I have a lovely plate/tray ? you can hang on the wall.
I was wondering if the internet had it right as to what it says and if any one would have info about it here or tell me where to find info in English. I really don't know German. the lady I bought it from years ago at a yard sale said it had been her mother in laws and it was german she thought.

I was able to get most of it from my highschool German from many years ago except for the translaation of the word that means honorable that was mentioned in a response below though I translated handwerk handwork which is about the same meaning as trade
