A day of baking .....yum yum !

I got a whole lot of fruit in the week from the supermarket and so today I have made fruit crumbles. They will go into the freezer once cooled and be used at a later date.
Also I have made two cakes.
The first is a toffee cake which I have not made before. (On licking the bowl it should be lovely !).
The second is a lemon cake, which I have made before.
The cakes are to take to the caravan. It is our turn to have our neighbours round for coffee and cake and so I hope that the cakes will be enjoyed .
Do you bake much ? If so, what do you bake ?

I love baking as I'm really good at it. What you made sounds really good and I hope everyone enjoys them. It was too hot to bake this weekend but hoping to do some baking soon

I go through cycles where I love to bake and then don't bake for quite awhile. Your fruit crumbles sound delicious as well as your cakes

Can't bake, do bake ... that's me! I quite enjoy it but the finished product is usually nothing I'd want to share with anyone but Husband. He bakes better than me anyway.

I go in fits and starts. I am not happy with how my oven works so have not done much. I like to bake breads, both yeast, and quick. I make cookies, what you call biscuits. I make biscuits which are much like scones or shortbread. I like pies, and fruit crisps which I believe are the same as your crumbles.
