Sometimes when I notice that some fruits are not planted in China, such as the pomegranate, avocado and so on. But actually some fruits may be also unique here. Such as liquat is one of the typical fruits in South China. It is good for the cough and throat. But I seldom will eat this fruit. I prefer to eat the common fruits like pineapple, apples, watermelon etc.

It is not as sweet as watermelon and therefore loquat is not my favorite type of fruits.

I think we also have this kind of fruit, we call it lakuat, but just the color is red. Maybe it came from China.

What I see in this picture look like "loquats", we have them here in Switzerland, it's a tree that grows here. My husband love loquats, we bought some last Friday.

Hard to believe that it is available in Switzerland since I think it may only grow in warm places.

We do have a lot of pomegranates in Xi'an, large and delicious. And liquat is also good to taste for me.

America is just so far away from here and therefore it is not likely this plant will be available there.

I think we don't have that here in our country but we have avocado. I even planted two avocado trees in our backyard and soon to bear fruits.

That's so nice that the avocado grows in your side as it is an expensive fruit here
