Have You Ever Seen a Purple Cow?

Well, now you have. Just turn your eyes to the picture in this post and you will see the stylized head of a purple cow. Well, a purple bull.
What a silly question I have asked
It makes me sound as though I am gassed.
I really am not I tell you the truth
I swear to you sitting here in my kitchen booth.
I am feeling quite giddy and full of mirth
I haven't felt like this since I learned to surf.
It's really quite simple you see
I recently became a new retiree.
What a silly little poem. For some reason a little golden book I used to read to my girls years and years ago popped into my head. I couldn't get it out or move on to write other things until I could get it to stop running through my head. Has this ever happened to you?
