Why don't I save these things?! / myLot

I did a discussion for mylot and whadya know? It doesn't take. I hate that. And I'm starting to notice it only happens when I access mylot on my desktop. When I use a Kindle Fire, I have no problem. It doesn't always lose my discussion when I use my desktop, but when it happens, it IS just on that. Unlike a lot of smarter mylotters, I don't write out my post on Word, and then copy and paste. I probably should, huh? I just never expect the website to freeze on me. What is your favorite way to access the internet? I still like a desktop, but I can't stand to sit up straight for long periods of time (back/neck problems from car accident). So I probably use a Kindle Fire more often even though I can't do a lot of stuff on that, that I can on my desktop. I've never had a laptop. Someone prefer that?

I either use my desktop or my laptop, don't have a tablet yet but thinking about getting one. I do prefer my desktop though.

I think I'd prefer a laptop, but maybe it's because I've never had one.

I use a laptop and I've not had any problems, well problems that I cannot take the credit for myself that is.

I prefer my desktop. The only time my discussion freezes is if I have checked my earnings and then stayed on the tally page. It freezes every time. If I see it hanging up I copy it quickly. Then I close out, open a discussion or tow, and post my new discussion from there.

I like a desktop, it is just where I feel comfortable. Everything is laid out where I need it.

I'm happy logging in on my iPad. I find if I post a discussion before I do anything else, it doesn't freeze anymore. Otherwise, I have to copy and paste what I wrote.

I do all of my writing on my laptop and I don't use Word for my writing and then copy and paste, except for writing jobs that I get paid for. In those cases, things have to be perfect and I write it up in Word, then do my editing and once it's done and it's been accepted, I save it all. But for my writing here, I just write it and submit it. It's so much less formal here.

Hi ambie.. as of now I preferred to. used my smartphone as it is very accessible for me. Where ever I am I can access Mylot. Not like before way back on our old Mylot its is very hard to post using smartphones or sometimes tablet.

I hated when I had that problem on bubblews a lot.....hit a wrong button here a couple times and thought I lost it but when I hit discussion to start over it popped right back up in the wimdow.

I don't enjoy the net if I don't access it using my laptop. And I also save my posts in Word to avoid losing them. I have had times that I lost it when I typed directly on the submit form so i learned my lesson.

I no longer have the choice. my poor desktop sits in a room where I have not been able to hook it up and so I am still suffering leaning over in bed for long periods on this darn laptop. I will admit it doesn't freeze here though. I just don't have the patients for the pains I eventually get working here on it

I have a laptop and love it. I have a kindle fire but I only us mine for reading my books.I have had issues of the post not going through on the first try so I copy and paste and re do the post and it goes through fine.

I mainly use my desktop computer. I save all my content on a site called Penzu. I do write my posts offline and pate them here. I find that easier for me.

Absolutely NOT to your question about the laptop. It's not going to make the move with me. I don't have anything else other then the desktop which I much prefer. Sorry you lost your post because it froze. I've had it happen a couple times. I don't copy and paste anything except my Daily Bible Study. Nothing else I write is that important.

We have a desktop computer and I have a laptop as well. I only use the laptop if we go away really although they are hooked to each other on the desk - not sure why. It's a real pain when you lose what you've written.
