Hillary Finally Called Donald Out For What He Really Is

Make no mistake. I am no fan of Hillary Clinton and wouldn't vote for her no matter who her opponent was. Her failures and character flaws are epic and unending and I am just as astounded that the Democrat Party has chosen her as their candidate as I am that Donald Trump is the Republican Party candidate.
That being said, in her speech in California yesterday, she laid out for the country just what kind of person Donald Trump really is and made a pretty good argument for why he is unfit for the Presidency and why a Trump Presidency could be disastrous for America. Of course, the same could be said about her, but for a whole different list of reasons.
Evidently many potential US voters are listening. Trump had nearly pulled even with Clinton in national polls but the latest show her with a significant lead over the Republican presumptive nominee.
19% of those polled did say they wouldn't vote for either candidate. I would be included among those 19%. I would be very happy if those 19% did go out and cast their vote for the third party of their choice rather than stay home and not vote as I am hearing far too many people say they might do. The consequences further down the ballot could be catastrophic for the candidates for other offices.
If you are one of the 19% of US voters who will not vote for either Trump or Clinton, will you:
(a) still go to the polls to vote for a third party or
(b) will you vote for the other offices and leave the Presidential box blank or
(c) will you stay home and not bother to vote

I'm hoping that Trump will experience a catastrophic self-destructive meltdown that will cause the Republican Party to demand he step down as the candidate. Then if Hillary gets indicted and has to bow out, maybe Bernie will have a shot. Then I can start to sell off all my possessions to pay the 80% income tax he will need to pay for all the slackers to have smart phones and BMWs.

I heard parts of her speech over here in the UK. It seems quite extraordinary to me that a lady would throw such insults just to score brownie points over someone else. She sounds a bit of a whiner to me! Still you have an open invitation to move to Canada should Trump get in!

Hillary wasn't throwing insults, she was telling the cold, hard truth about her opponent that his Republican Primary opponents wouldn't, and the American press won't. If anyone is a whiner and a caster of insults, it is Donald Trump. In a year of campaigning he's said nothing of substance, just insults and self-promotion, talking himself up, and belittling those who oppose him.
The problem is, Hillary has too much baggage of her own, and is no more fit to be President than The Donald.

We're voting regardless of who the candidates are. Hard to believe in a country of 310 million, these 2 are the best either side could find to run on their parties tickets. That said we know who'll will vote for come Nov..
Now we are in the process of looking at our state and local candidates and making a list of those we'll be voting for and voting out, hopefully.
Have a blessed day

I was talking to a former US Army Ranger who will soon be retiring from his second career as a truck driver and he is planning to live ex-pat in Belize rather than live in a country that would elect either Clinton or Trump President. That is a sad indictment of the American electorate.

No matter what one thinks of Trump. not voting for him guarantees a Clinton victory and if you can live with that in a fear of what Trump may or may not do, then you can no right to ever complain about a Clinton administration because you had the opportunity to prevent it. It has been stated the very same accusations were made against Reagan.

But Reagan wasn't an amoral narcissistic megalomaniac with delusions of grandeur and no clue how to be the chief executive of a political entity. Reagan had been Governor of California, which if it was an independent country would be the seventh or eighth largest economy in the world. The budgets Reagan oversaw make everything Trump has ever earned or lost look like chump change. Trumpeteers get upset when The Donald is compared to Mussolini or Hitler, but he has far more in common with the fascists of early 20th Century Europe, and indeed early 20th Century America, than he does with Reagan. I was around when Reagan campaigned for President, and I know that Trump is nothing like him.

And, you do not get to dictate whether or not I have a right to complain about anything. If I vote, no matter who I vote for, or if I don't vote at all, this is still the USA and my Honorable Discharge from the Army gives me more of a right to complain than someone who never served honorably in the defense of this nation.
