Church, Ice Cream Social and Another Birthday Party

Allen and I, and Hanna, actually started our church morning at Emmanuel for another mission trip meeting. We then stayed there for the beginning of their service as they did a blessing and prayers over the trip and those going on the trip. We then headed to our own church for the remainder of the service there. Following the service we had an ice cream social with a free will offering to earn more funds for the 3 of us to have money for the trip, mostly for food on the train trip there and home. We raised $89. We also sold a few more rummage sale items and a few more baked goods towards the trip as well after church. It was then off to one of the free water parks in town to celebrate Zelda's 5th birthday. She's in the picture, of course. She was so interested in getting the cake and ice cream done just to get to the presents. We were fortunate to have a whole ice cream freezer of the homemade ice cream left over at church that we were able to take along and add to the party. Boy, once the presents were opened she jumped to get over to the water park side and start playing. It was quite comical. Fun was had by all. Now here I am again getting started on my earning online for this day. Here's wishing a blessed Sunday to all.
