Haggling Fail & Jock Itch

I have a "jock itch" which is a common fungal infection in the skin of typically your genitals, inner thighs, or buttocks. My little itch is the size of a quarter behind my left thigh. It is not bothersome but just dry and a patch of red. This condition occurs when one wears a clothing that may be too tight and traps moisture in. I never had this problem before but I guess it's because I take showers in the morning then sometimes wear some tight pants afterwards. Regardless, all you need is anti-fungal creams or keep area dry. I have tried the anti-fungal cream my doctor prescribed but it didn't work for me. There is still a dry red patch so, I went a Chinese Herbal Store where they sell this "special solution" I am unsure of the English name. It is a universal product that works wonders for only $1. Today, we dropped by the Chinese Herbal Store and the man wanted $4 because it was his last bottle! We were like you have always sold it to us for $1, at most $2? I told him, I only had $3 but he would not budge. He knew we weren't from the area also.... so we ended up paying $4. What an inflation! I don't mind the cost but literally we could have bought 4 for the price of one! What a haggling fail! Have you ever encountered a product you bought to later find out it costs more?
