No, I'm not taking about city wide marathons or cross country ones. I'm talking about television series marathons. I've noticed that cable channels would have a marathon of the program showing all episodes of the previous season before starting the new one.
History Channel had a marathon of both 'Vikings' and 'The Pickers' last February. Too bad because I had work that weekend and I wasn't able to watch these marathons. History Channel did the same before launching the new seasons of 'Pawn Stars' and 'Kings of Restoration'. Bio (now called fyi) did the same for 'Baggage Battles' and 'Storage Wars'. Anyway, I'll just catch all the missed episodes online although it'll be a good idea to just sit down on the couch and watch replays of one's favorite show.
Have you sat through a marathon of your favorite show? How was it? Was it worth it?
Feel free to chime in fellow couch potatoes!

When I'm lazy to go to the office, I usually stay at home and do the marathon lol! The recent one I'm watching is all worth it. The only time I was really disappointment was with the tv series LOST.

I'll watch the Band of Brothers marathons when they show them. Same with Combat!, but that's rarely on TV anymore. And I can watch Modern Marvels all day if it's on.

I feel the same about 'Band of Brothers'. 'Combat!' - I remember that series but never had the chance to watch it. 'The Pacific' marathon is also something that I'll look forward to.

@teamfreak16 hopefully, they either show it again, digitally remastered of course or do a remake.

Usually on the weekends if there's nothing good on, I'll watch a TV marathon. Sometimes I'll watch CSI: Miami, Monsters & Mysteries in America, or Property Brothers.

I do that every now and then. I like doing them on Sundays to recover from the week and to recover from the weekend. Just do absolutely nothing on those days. It is great.

Really? Too much tv is indeed bad for one's health.
