Earplugs for sleeping!

I left the library yesterday a little earlier than usual. I couldn´t post anything here on Mylot. I geaded directly home, since I was a littlew tired. I wanted to take a good rest. I did after I ate something.
I picked a pair of earplugs and placed them on both ears. These set of earplugs diminish the exterior sound by about 80%. It´s hard to hear anything occurring more than a few yards away.
A few minutes later, I was completely asleep. I did not know anything about this world until I saw the first light of the morning twilight.

Do you use earplugs to avoid the exterior sound, while sleeping?

When my twins were born I had to use earplugs after the first month because I was not getting any sleep whatsoever lol

That was beneficial for you, I guess. I´ve been using earplugs for some years now and they have proved to be effective.

Thanks! I needed to have a good rest. The minimum sound can disturbe me . That´s why I use earplugs.

Noise has never bothered me as I can sleep through some of the worst weather and not hear a thing.

That´s good also. Being able to fall asleep without worrying about one's ears must be a good way to obtain some rest.

Yes, there comes a time when one feels the need to unplug from the exterior. I have tried earplugs for some years now, and they given me excellent results.
