If you don't know the meaning, here is the meaning according to the Urban dictionary:
A cheeky, flirtatious, mischievous girl 
Sometimes it is used as an affectionate term for a hot girl or a close friend.
A complement for a girl, but an insult for a boy. May be because it is a word for females so obviously insulting for boy if used for them. But what if there was a boy word for it? 
What would your suggestion for the word be?

@LadyDuck I was a good girl too as a little kid. But as I grew up and especially in my teens I started doung minxy things and continued into adulthood. I felt I missed out on childhood because I really was a goody goody girl. Now I make it up for it.

@vandana7 I did that too. Smoking fake cigerette thing. Later we had candy stick shaped as cigerette. It looked real. We will pretend to smoke and then chew and eat. lol

@Daljinder the usual thinking I knew more than others and overrode their objections on certain things. Thought I was Queen of the world etc. Well as you know all of this can kind of back fire on you and it did and now I keep myself in line.
