Its raining and wet every where. Government had warned about Monsoon diseases . Many type of fever, Mosquito problems, Water Pollution etc. When the soil is wet the Mosquito are live again with their mmmmm sound. The cases of Dengue, and Chicken guinea are reported. If we are late to report to hospital the situation is critical. Cleaning and avoiding water in sourroundings is a good solution to control the mosquito.

Speaking of Mosquitos, I am using a Mosquito net on my bed. They keep me safe from the bites.

Good . But I think the air circulation is less inside the net.

Mosquitoes cause all sorts of diseases. Zika virus is invading the USA and has caused birth defects. I have a friend who suffered Dengue after an extended visit to a Central American country. I hope you and your family stay safe and healthy.

@shshiju I read that mosquitoes only need a small amount of water to lay their eggs, so a person should not even put water outside for their dog. Check around your house and yard for any source of standing water in puddles or containers of any kind. Give water to your dog or cat and then turn the dish upside down, until the next time you give it water.

@IreneVincent Correct Water is the problem. But it can breed in the bottom of large trees because plenty of decaying leaves are there and it need only small quantity of water.

That sounds scary where you live having to deal with those issues. Preventive measures and educating others is the best thing they can do.

Yes we must be careful about these diseases. I've been inspecting standing water around our house. Mosquitoes are multiplying during rainy days.
