She just made my decision easy for me!
This morning I needed to talk to her some more about what happened a week and a half ago with her saying "You can't call someone just because you're afraid", telling me I only think of myself, and implying I'm ungrateful. Even though I forgave her, I was still feeling very hurt about it and told her I didn't want to end up hating her. She told me I needed to take some responsibility for my part in it (excuse me?!) and she was tired of talking to me, and then hung up on me!
My psychologist had expressed concerns yesterday about me continuing services with this lady because of how badly the whole incident from a week and a half ago was still impacting me. I was thinking about ending things anyway and she just made that so much easier to do.

This person clearly shouldn't be providing services for anyone.

It sounds like she needs a different type of job. Will you be getting another case manager? She is supposed to help and not hurt her clients.

No, I won't get another one. I'm done with the agency if this is the quality of case manager they offer.

Speak to whoever she works for and let them know how unprofessional she has been

That was really mean of her! If she doesn't like her job she should find a different one-not take it out on others.
