Have you ever received unexpected "Sorry, we missed you" notices from USPS, FedEx or UPS?
My boyfriend received a notice from USPS saying there are 2 certified mails for his address with his last name but the paper didn't note the first name and to pick it up after a certain date/time. We weren't expecting any mail and since his last name is very common we weren't sure if they had the correct address.
Today, we stopped by our local postal office and both certified mails didn't belong to us. We asked the clerk to send it back to sender.
However, my vent is of the rude manager "again" at this location.
1. I was in line and the man ahead was being helped. At the counter there was a stool, so the man sat down. Then the manager taps the man and goes, my chair. The man got back up. Why is her office on the side of where customers stand? It makes no sense. It is smack in the middle of the way walk.
2. Overhearing the manager talk on the phone because a customer's po box was closed, but now they have an important mail so the manager has to call the current owner saying, please meet up with the person so they can get the mail. And, the customer who was waiting for the manager said thank you, but when will the person contact me? The manager goes well I didn't ask that, just wait for a call.
3. When I was telling the clerk, we just want to see the first name as my boyfriend's last name, "Tran" is common. The manager laughed and repeated, ha. Tran.
Totally rude and unprofessional of this lady. She has an attitude and clearly does not like her job. I have dealt with her on numerous occasions in the past.

@infatuatedbby I like making a scene hahahaha. One time I gave a banker what she deserved for being rude. Everybody heard me and hope they all won't transact with her anymore.

I didn't want to cause a scene, but if it was happening to me - I will definitely not be quiet. I have exchanged words with that woman manager a few times already in the past.

Oh, my yes!! I've had some terrible experiences with Fed Ex!!! They just threw a box on our porch!! (I watched them!!) Had problems with several occasions of different postmasters. Of course they're mail carriers would NEVER give us the wrong mail or read our mail/magazines. Oh, they'll say they will have a talk with them when you mention everybody in the block at mail time has to go out in the street and exchange our mail!!

Yes I have had a few vents on her. No idea why she is even the manager. I would hate to work with her.

Yeah, this lady is one trouble maker. I don't know how she is a manager, or how the workers deal with this lady.

The lady is the person in charge at that branch.
Very poor service. I have argued with her several times. I try my best to avoid this branch expect to pay for my postal box. This is my local branch so if any notices are missed, I have to go here. Otherwise, I visit a different branch out of my way for better service.
