Dream Vacation

If you could go anywhere in the world on vacation, where would you go? What would your dream vacation include?
I would want a villa in the mountains somewhere, probably Switzerland, filled with plenty of food and wine to create delicious meals and of course, a chef would come in to prepare those meals every day and leave tasty snacks for my evening relaxation.
A maid would arrive each afternoon to clean up. I’m not a morning person, so I would be sleeping in, especially if I’m on vacation. So nice.
I would want someone there with me, but maybe not. My idea of a dream vacation is rest and relaxation, so the person or persons with me would have to have the same idea. Or they could go off and do whatever they wanted to do, while I was left to do what I wanted to do.
Playing cards or games in the evening would be fun if I had company. Of course, I could just have visitors and not overnight guests.
An indoor pool would have to be included and plenty of books to read. TV is not necessary, but I do like to watch an occasional movie.
A masseuse would arrive every morning to give me a massage and every evening for another massage. Ahhhhhhhhh!
My chances of this all taking place is about zero to none, but its fun to plan it anyway. I can DREAM, can’t I?
What would you do on your DREAM vacation?

I don't really know what my dream vacation is. I think being in a luxury hotel would be great lol near an amusement park

That sounds like FUN too. I used to love to go to amusement parks, but now that I've gotten older, they don't appeal as much as they used to. We have Kings Dominion near where we live and also Busch Gardens with a Water Park nearby.
My daughter takes her family quite often. They have had Season's passes for the last five years or so. I've been several times with them but haven't gone recently. I like the shows but it's way too much walking and I used to love to ride the roller coasters, but they JERK me around too much. I did not enjoy my last ride, so I'm not going to do that anymore.

@IvySaysHi I've never been to a 6 Flags. I know they have one in Georgia and one in Texas.

My dream vacation would be in a tropical location on the beach. there would be a pool for me to float around in. A masseuse like you said for daily massages. A chef to prepare tasty meals. A hammock for afternoon naps. And a library full of new releases for me to read. that is all I would need.

Sounds wonderful. I like the islands and have been to many of them. The Bahamas, Bermuda, Jamaica, St. Thomas, St. Maarten, Puerto Rico, Haiti, St. John. And while I enjoy the beach to a certain extent, I prefer the mountains.
You and I have similar tastes when it comes to the massages, and tasty meals and reading.

@NJChicaa My family actually owns a condo UNIT at Virginia Beach and we go every year. I enjoy it, but not as much as I used to when I was younger.
I also enjoy going to the Outer Banks. We go almost every year. And I LOVE Myrtle Beach. We have been there dozens of times.

Yes, it would take that long and more to see the best sites in Australia. I've always wanted to go.
