We are back home and I am so grateful!
It is crazy to me when you think a person is one way and then you find out down the road that they are someone totally different. It is a sad realization, especially when you thought you really enjoyed their company until they blind sided you with their true colors. It is a sad reality when it happens.
Have you ever been blind sided by someone who changed their colors when you didn't expect it?

What a refreshing picture. Yes, I have been blind sided by others. I think it is human nature to want and wish for and assume the best but then be shocked when people are not as we believe them to be.

@GardenGerty The person pretended to be something for a year and then completely changed out of nowhere. It was the craziest thing to me...

@LovingMyBabies I thought you were going to spend time with some family members.What happened?Have you fully recovered from the sore throat? Yes,I too have been blindsided by people who have changed colors.And when you are least expecting that.I try to avoid them in future.

@silvermist Yes I did spend time with family but also a friend who acted completely different than ever before. Kind of blind sided me so I am keeping a little distance for now...just in case.
My throat still hurts but not as bad as when we were away.

@LovingMyBabies Some times we are shocked when such behavior comes from somebody we do not expect.Keeping distance is the only thing we can do.Your throat will be better after three four days I hope.

I think we all have been through something like that before. It's not a good feeling when it happens, but it's part of life.

@LovingMyBabies That's just disrespectful as well and shows they weren't truly vested in your best interests or as good a friend to you as you thought they were.

@hereandthere We have known her only for a year but we also lived with her for months so it was sad. Her walk with the Lord has changed a lot and because of that things have gone bad.

Yeah. A girl on facebook had blind sided me when all I was being nice to her, but I wasn't mad about it. I found it funny because she is a fool.

Yes I believe it is something that we all encounter at one time or another. When it happens to me I really pull back and just keep most people at arm's length. It hurts. Glad you're home again. Hope that you and Julian are feeling better now. Have a blessed day.
