On this day, 29th of June, we remember her.death, our.mother's death.
June.29, 2003, 6 in the morning, we finally.lost her. The weeks of battle and being in coma, we took the white flag up.
Cause.of.death, heart failure.due to diabetes.
What was painful during that time was, seeing her in coma, with a thread like hope we are holding, despite the doctor's.advice of, her.body was not getting better.
We took her home, still in coma, with us, her children taking shifts on who.will help her breathe through.ambu bag.
It was one.of the moment we prayed if we ask Him to prolong her life or stop her suffering, that was indeed heart wrenching.
She.died young, just 56. And few days.before our father's birthday. Just painful to us and to our father.
Now, i know, she is happy with our father.and our youngest sister, watching over us, keeping us safe.

Indeed, 56 is young to pass away .. it is the saddest day of my life when my mother passed away 2009 at age 75.. So I can understand your feeling of loss even after all these years that your mom passed .. You have now angels you know somewhere up there watching over you ..

Sometimes even when the spirit is strong the boy is too weak to live. She is in a better place and you will all be together again one day. I am sending you a hug, it is always sad to lose your mother and I am sure the pain never goes away.

It is always sad to lose your mother as you only ever have one mother. It is hard to let go but you would not want her to suffer. Cherish the lovely memories that you have of her. She will be waiting for you when your time comes! Celebrate her life do not mourn and be sad.

This is really sad, i remember when my husband also lose his mother, in coma, after 2 weeks battle, hang on a breathing machine, before his family deciding to release her and let God taking care of her 
i can't help watching him desperate, just hoping that his mother is in a good place with God
