Yellow peppers, red peppers, green peppers or orange peppers? / myLot

Funny thing about peppers-there are other choices in addition to the peppers mentioned here. We are fans of orange, red, yellow and purple peppers. The purple peppers are not as readily available here, but are the first choice when we see these sold locally. To us, certain peppers do have a better flavor than other peppers. Does it matter to you which peppers are on the menu?

We only get the green capsicums. lol. So I can't say which are better. Personally I NEED green chillies for eating cabbage. That vegetable is so hard to push down the throat. lol

It fascinates me to see who can get/grow or eat what! We have all the peppers at the right time of the year.

I can't eat peppers, so I don't buy them. My husband gets peppers and onions on a steak sandwich once in a while but they mostly use green peppers.

I love red, yellow and orange peppers, purple ones seem stronger and I don't eat the green ones at all.

I have never seen a purple pepper,lol. We usually use green or red.

I haven't seen a purple pepper in my entire life yet . What i always get to eat is the red and green pepper . Do you think the purple ones are more tastier ?
