During my days-off, I'd watch whatever was on tv, MTV, Channel V, HBO, and the local chanels that have noontime shows and soaps.

@MissNikki HBO has those featured films at lunch time. Usually these are the films that did well in the box-office so I get to watch these films in HBO.

I used to tape Coronation Street in the afternoon so I could watch it after work. Now it is on in the evening. If I do watch day time TV now, it is all the sitcom reruns - Frasier, King of Queens

@paigea I started watching it with my mom when I was about 10 years old so wow, almost 20 years ago. My boyfriend started watching it when he moved in a few years ago and he is into it as well! I know maybe 2 other people who watch it besides them. But there is a HUGE community of Corrie fans on the internet!!

for me watching t.v. is only for News and some specific channels like CNN, Discovery etc., may sometimes draw my attention. I am eagerly waiting for the Olympics. I want to go for a new T.V with big screen as it will be nice to watch the events on a big screen especially Football matches.

@MissNikki Dr. Phil is probably the only show on TV that I'm committed to. Well..during the day anyway. TV is more interesting at night.

@MissNikki At night I like Family Feud ( Aussie version ), Simpsons, Family Guy, American Pickers, Pawn Stars, Hardcore Pawn...I think those are the main ones. :)

I try not to get into daytime television because I could fritter away a lot of time doing that. I am way to easy to get addicted to time wasters. Daytime TV really isn't that good.

I currently don't have a TV, and don't tend to watch it anyways may have it on as background noise. I do have netflix the odd time switch it on.

I never watched day time tv or soap operas but I remember that a few times I watched a few episodes of the Young and the Restless just to see what it's like.

I'll have the TV on in the background while I work. I usually watch Maury, Jerry Springer, and The Price is Right. As for soap operas, I like The Young and the Restless and The Bold and the Beautiful.
