Hungover From Eating Too Much!!?

So over the past few days I have been over eating on cakes, chocolates and take out food as it has been a few family members birthdays. Today I woke up with what felt like a hung over from over eating! I ate so much last night I could not sleep, hence the awful feeling this morning!
Have you ever had a hungover from over eating?

Two meals in particular make me feel like that because they are my favs and I always overeat those meals. Spaghetti and meatballs and pizza.

I get a hangover feeling when I eat too many sweets. Sometimes I can't help it but always regret it the next day

I think so, yes! I've also had a hangover from over-sleeping. Yikes.

Yes usually from buffets and/or Christmas and it's not a great feeling. No worries you'll get back to being hungry in a short while!
