It is really hot this week. Of course we are visiting Disney during what they are forecasting as the hottest week of the year. Fortunately they have the cool water misters set up in Disney. They are a blessing. Every time on of the kids start getting cranky we find one of the misters and cool off. Yesterday we were in the Magic Kingdom, everyone had a great time. I still love "It's a Small World After All". Today we will be visiting Animal Kingdom. I love this part of the park. I guess I am a kid at heart - I do believe that Disney is the happiest place in the world.

Are you going to Disneyland or Disneyworld? Either way have fun!! I love Disneyland, I have a $200 gift card to theres so I hope to go in the future soon. Stay hydrated and cool! You will have a blast.

@AbbyGreenhill I could only stay out for short periods of time. It's in the high 90's here and I feel like I am going to melt when I am outside.

My son took his family two years ago during July when it was so hot. They cooled off, too, in the misters. It is a magical place. Have fun!

I went to Disney World twice; both times in January. The one time it was in the 80s, the other time it was barely in the 50s. In fact every morning we heard it was warmer in Calgary, Alberta than in Orlando! The 90s would be hard for me to bear.

@paigea the best time to go, weather wise is in the autumn or spring when it is in the 70's. The only problem is everyone else wants to go there at that same time.

I love "It's a small world", this is the place where I go when I feel to tired to continue to visit the park. The small rest on the boat makes me feel better. I love Dinseyworld.

I've never been to any of the Disney venues although we have some in Australia. They are all on the eastern side of the country.
