Had a great workout this morning

I was back on the ARC trainer this morning. It is sort of like a cross between an elliptical trainer and a stair climber. I chose the P-5 cardio workout on level 2 for 45 minutes and got right down to it. It was intervals of very difficult inclines and brief recovery periods. I was really working hard and I could tell because my heart rate got all the way up to 130. My blood pressure medications keep my heart rate down so to see it moving up was a very good thing. 45 minutes of intense cardio this morning. . . I'm proud of myself!

I used a 1000th of a calerie reading this as my eyes fllickered over the words so we both got lots of exercise - you obviously worked out much more than I did though
