As some of you know I love to play around with my photos in Excel. Excel has many options you can use to transform you photo, personally I love the 3D features but now I find I haven't mastered that art so I need you to criticize the above photo and let me know what's wrong with it. I tried to give the illusion that those photos were sitting on a surface but I don't think it looks right, do you?

I cannot understand why you are using Excel to edit photographs. Personally I use Adobe Photoshop, but even if you do not have that there are better programs available. GIMP is a free program, but a versatile and useful one.

Very true but I happen to have excel plus I understand how to use it. Isn't Adobe Photoshop a large ap? I've never heard of GIMP before, I would need instruction on how to use it.

@rebelann The term large ap makes me think that you are not using a computer. What are you using instead.

I simply don't like to download large aps @Asylum they tend to slow even the good PCs. I have the Microsoft Home/student Office loaded onto this PC which is large too.

There are many things Excel can do if you have the desire to fool around with it.

Too often people only look for ways to flatter others without realizing no one learns from flattery.

You got that right @ricki_911 I've known too many people give up on potential friendships because the other person was honest and did not flatter them.

The 3D effect is there, so I can't really criticize. Why don't you give another composition then we can say which we like better. The one in the middle looks like it is leaning against the one at the back and not standing on its own.

Thank you for pointing that out, I didn't notice the illusion of leaning .... hummm, that could prove interesting if I try it with other kinds of photos. This is so much fun, I love messing around in Excel.

Thanks Pat. I tried to make it look like the pictures are arranged on a shelf .... just trying my hand at 3D illusions.
