Sorry but Im dead serious on the topic of diabetes as so many do not think y ou'can live hbappilyt wilth it which is a fallacy,I appreciate all comments of course but'

Some people seem to think it is their job to constantly correct. I have missed your posts, as I do not get to all posts from everyone. I will look for it though.

I need to quit eating all of the junk I eat. I already have high blood pressure and am on a new medication for it. I'm you take your diabetes seriously.

I llistento my doctor,I take the meds he prescribs and i eat a healtjhyu]
well balancred diet, I eat complex carb s as opposed to simple ones that
shoot your blood sugar way ujp I kleep; my blood sugar count'
between90 and 140 as prescribed for me by my doctor
